To make this image I opened fireworks, created a new png file. I customized the size of the canvas, then selected the rectangular tool to change the background and the stroke of the background. Then I selected a font and wrote my name. I customized the size and typed my name in. Then I changed its stroke and texture and also the color. When I came to something that satisfied me, I saved it and posted it on this blog post.
